We offer a full array of obstetric and gynecological care in a comfortable, caring environment that features a state-of-the-art da Vinci Surgical System as well as a modern birthing and family care wing. A dedicated team of midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and administrative staff support the OB-GYN service. Our culture encourages strong, collegial relationships across all levels of staff.

- Consistent weekly blocked operating times

- Tele-neonatology via Massachusetts General Hospital affiliation
- Centering education classes
- Extensive pediatric and adult medicine backup
- In-office colposcopy and LEEP
Position Attributes
- Full-time, hospital employed

- Monday–Friday, with regular business hours and weekly office schedule
- 1:4 call rotation
- 24/7 tele-neonatology
Candidate Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible
- Must have current, unrestricted, Maine licensure in progress and be active on date of hire
- Current, unrestricted federal and, as needed, state prescriptive authority
- Extensively trained and experienced
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Excellent clinical skills and expertise in the following: obstetrics/labor and delivery, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, open procedures and hysterectomies, including TLH, TVH and/or robotic hysterectomy, pelvic floor surgery, urogynecology and infertility
