The Patient Billing Manager is responsible for the supervision and direction of the hospital's billing department. The incumbent will be coordinating the daily operation of the billing office to ensure all charges and claims are processed and billed in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include oversight of accounts receivable, charge entry, edits, collections, net, gross, days in accounts receivable, and reject and edits targets.
In addition to managing the daily functions of the billing department, the Manager will also plan and manage team training and education, be responsible for process improvement measures and implementation, work cross-functionally with leaders throughout the organization, and be responsible for recordkeeping and compliance.

- Five (5) years of billing leadership experience is required
- Three (3) years of experience in a large healthcare organization is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, or business administration preferred.
- Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) desired
